Q1.How to choose the right sliding table panel saw?
A.Mainly depends on your max panel cutting lengh, for standard panel size,1220*2440mm size, MJ6132TYB is best choice,
We still have other model SMV8D which is super version model.If you like high level, it is also a good choice for you.
For our panel saw model names, the 28,32,38 means the max panel cutting length is 2800mm,3200mm,3800mm.
T means 0-45 tilt cutting, if the model name is with T, then it can cut 0-45 degree.
Y means round stick rail
D means motorize up and down
With T.0-45 degree,Without T.only 90 degree
Forexample, for MJ6132TYB, it means max cutting length is 3200mm, 0-45 tilt cutting,Y sliding table structure.(also it is best seller model for forgien maket)

Q2.what is the difference with other producer?
1.The machine body is processed by laser cutting, cnc bending machine,which can assure the accuracy,and not easy to be out of shape.The steel plate thickness of front machine body is 4mm, the side thickness is 5mm,the upsideness is 10mm.
2.The welding of machine body is processed by Carbon dioxide gas shielded welding,without welding slag.
3.The Varnish of machine body is processed by electrostatic powder spraying which is not easy to drop.
4.The fixed working table with thicker than small factory which is processed by anneal which can assure the accuracy,and not easy to be out of shape.
5.The sliding table material is heavy and the process is made by ourselves.We can control the quality.
6.The brand for electrical components is Delixi brand.
7.The belts is some famous brand such as Gates.
8.The bearing is SKF brand.
